Warranty
All of our walk-in bathtubs have amazing warranties that vary by the manufacturer. The purchaser agrees to abide by the terms and conditions expressed in the manufacturer warranty as well as with these terms and conditions:
- The warranty will be void if the unit is used outdoors or if it is not installed by a qualified plumber and electrician.
- In order to validate the warranty the original sales invoice and the original sales slip must accompany the claim.
- The parts must be removed at the purchasers expense and returned through prepaid courier to the supplier.
- The purchaser must contact us for current delivery information for the return of parts.
- The replacement part will be shipped back to the purchaser by collect courier.
- We are not responsible for any costs related to the installation of the replacement or the re-installation of the original part.
- We are not responsible for any accidents from the installation of the unit or for any accidents as a result of warranty repairs for or to any person.
- This warranty will not cover wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modifications or improper installation.
- No other warranty is implied other than what is described above.
